  3. Hi Jordan,

Well done. These are some good facts about Maui. I like how you have laid out your thoughts so clearly. I also like how you have said that Maui is Maori.

Reading your facts made me wonder why Maui was not allowed to go fishing. Do you know why?

Do you know any other Maui stories? There are so many but another really good one is Maui and the Sun which you can find here if you want to read it:

I look forward to reading more of your blog.
    Cheers,
    Ruby.

  4. Kia Ora Jordan!

Well done on your first blog post! I really like your first fact about Maui wanting to be better than them, but who do you mean by "them"? Do you mean his brothers? and why? Did you know that Maui isn't only Māori? He's present in all of Polynesian mythology, for example, in Moana he's actually Hawaiian. Interesting isn't it?
Next time, maybe you can paraphrase a bit from the website, for example: I found out three interesting facts about Maui, they are....
You could also add a picture if you want to get really creative!

Keep up the good work Jordan,

    Jordan.

Hope your having a fantastic summer holiday. It's great to see you have made a start on your summer learning journey activities. On your next activity perhaps you could try adding some pictures to make it really stand out. I'm really interested to know who Maui proved he was better than and how he did that. Looking forward to reading more of your blog posts over the summer.
